VisionFund is currently operating in five of the Regional States of the country.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>VisionFund MFI is currently looking candidates to fill the vacant positions of Chief Resource&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mobilization &amp; Customer Service Officer at Head Office. The successful candidates will have&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>skills and experience that meet the following requirements:&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1. JOB SUMMARY:&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Chief Resource Mobilization &amp; Customer Service Officer is responsible for saving mobilization,&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>branch operation, KYC and customer service of the Institution.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2. MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>\u00a0Planning, organizing, coordinating and supervising the deposit mobilization and branch\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>coordination, customer service and KYC and e-banking activities of the Institution;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>\u00a0Leading financial literacy programs to educate clients and potential clients on the benefit of saving and the institution\u2019s value propositions;\u00a0\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u00a0Develop customer service delivery policies, standards &amp; guidelines;\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u00a0Studying macro and micro economic performance from the perspective of microfinance\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>business, forecasting trends, identifying potential money savers focusing on high amount&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>depositors and encouraging all types of savers;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>\u00a0Formulating policies and strategies that assist retention of existing clients and attract new ones;\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u00a0Collaborating with relevant work units to promote saving and enhance liquidity leverage of the Institution;\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u00a0Leading the analysis and development of proposals for resolving deposit mobilization\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>challenges including enhancing the customers\u2019 service delivery;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>\u00a0Ensure delivery of providing technical\/professional support to branches regarding deposit mobilization and overall branch operation;\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u00a0Ensure conducting front line staff training based on needs identified, organizing and\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>coordinating client orientation concerning savings products available with special emphasis to client value propositions;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>\u00a0Design systems to ensuring that every saving deposit and withdrawal is captured in the\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>recording system and general ledger and subsidiary ledger reconciliation is carried out on weekly and monthly basis;\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u00a0Ensuring that effective and reliable risk management and internal control system is in place for\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>safety of deposits by clients;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ensure monitoring weekly and monthly performance of Regional\/Branches and compiling data\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>on saving and preparing and submitting periodic regular reports to supervisor incorporating\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>challenges encountered and improvement recommendation;\u00a0\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u00a0Developing systems that enhance customer value proposition and keep savings account closure\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>at minimum;\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u00a0Planning, organizing, directing, implementing and controlling the KYC functions of the\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Institution;\u00a0\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u00a0Ensure to avail the necessary client information for legally mandated external stakeholders\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>upon request;\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u00a0Ensure regularly update and report the KYC data base of the Institution;\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u00a0Ensuring compliance with the Institution\u2019s policies and procedures as well as with NBE\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>directives related to digital channels;\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u00a0Ensuring \u00a0 necessary human resource, support facilities and services are provided to branches\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>that fulfills established standards of the Institution;\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u00a0Identifying dormant and inactive accounts regularly for possible action.\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u00a0Taking corrective actions on audit findings and recommendations.\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u00a0Performs other duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor.\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>3.
